Morganite Falcon Chick

Working in harmony with the natural form and rich translucence of an exquisite Brazilian morganite – rare in terms of size, quality, colour and clarity – master carver Alfred Zimmermann has sculpted an engaging falcon chick, nestled in its gold and diamond eyrie. This unique and highly collectable gemstone carving is an exclusive design collaboration with Zimmermann. 

Presented in a sensitive naturalistic style, fine detailing includes carefully rendered downy feathers and pure sapphire cabochon eyes with just a tiny glint of the formidable falcon that this chick will turn into. Yellow gold has been used to mark out the young bird’s face, already powerful beak and claws, as well as its nest which has additional feathery embellishments of white gold set with brilliant cut diamond flourishes.
